Refund and Cancellation Policy

Alcom Web Studio is digital software delivered instantly by licence key. Please read the product details and try the free download before buying. This policy is offered by M/S ALCOM COMPUTERS, Darul Aman Market, Jamalpur, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh 202001, India.

1. 7-day refund for technical problems

If the software does not work on your computer and our support team cannot fix the problem, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please open a support ticket with your order number and a description or screenshot of the problem, so we can try to help first.

2. When refunds are not given

• After 7 days from purchase.
• When you changed your mind after activating the software on a computer, or bought by mistake and activated it.
• For a licence that was blocked or revoked because of misuse or a breach of the EULA.
• For the difference if prices drop later.

Wrong plan bought? Contact us within 7 days and we can change it (you pay any difference, or we refund the difference).

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Razorpay or PayPal, normally within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued the licence key is revoked and the software stops working on all computers.

4. Cancellation

An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time and nothing is charged. Because delivery is instant, a paid order cannot be cancelled except under section 1.
