These terms apply to this website (http://www.alcomhost.com/webstudio/) and to every purchase of Alcom Web Studio licences made through it. The website and the software are owned and operated by M/S ALCOM COMPUTERS, Darul Aman Market, Jamalpur, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh 202001, India ("Alcom", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying a licence you ("you", "the customer") agree to these terms, to the Software Licence Agreement (EULA), to the Privacy Policy and to the Refund Policy.

1. About us

ALCOM COMPUTERS is a business registered with the Department of Commercial Taxes, Government of Uttar Pradesh, since 15 June 2011. Contact: alcom@alcomhost.in, phone/WhatsApp +91 98978 30036.

2. What you buy

• You buy a licence to use Alcom Web Studio, not the software itself. Ownership of the software, its code, design and content stays with ALCOM COMPUTERS.
• Each licence pack allows use on the number of computers stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase (1, 5 or 10). The number of computers is checked online.
• Unless the pricing page says otherwise, a licence is a one-time payment for the current major version (1.x), including free updates within that version. A later major version may be offered as a paid upgrade.
• The licence is registered to the name and email address given at checkout. Please make sure they are correct.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for payments through Razorpay and in US Dollars (USD) for payments through PayPal. INR prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, discounts and offers at any time. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited or PayPal. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Their own terms also apply to the payment.
• Any bank, currency conversion or international transaction charges made by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.

4. Delivery

The software is delivered electronically. After a successful payment your licence key is shown on screen and emailed to you automatically, normally within a few minutes, and a customer account is created for you on this website. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us. No physical product is shipped.

5. Activation and online licence checks

• The software must be activated online with your email and licence key before use.
• To protect against unlicensed use, the software contacts our licence server when it starts and at regular intervals while it runs. It sends the licence key, a computer identifier (a one-way code made from your Windows installation ID), the computer name and Windows user name, the Windows version and the app version. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
• The software keeps working without internet for up to 7 days after its last successful check. After that it needs to reach our server again.
• You can move a licence to another computer by deactivating the old computer in your account or inside the software.
• We may block a computer or suspend or revoke a licence that is used on more computers than allowed, shared publicly, bought with a fraudulent or reversed payment, or used in breach of the EULA.

6. Your account

Keep your password and licence key confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your key or password.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You must not misuse this website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, upload harmful files, or send spam or abusive messages through the support system.

8. Support

We provide support by ticket, email and WhatsApp during our working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, except public holidays). We aim to reply within one working day but cannot guarantee a time or a fix for every issue.

9. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as described in the EULA. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ALCOM COMPUTERS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profits or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to a licence is limited to the amount you paid for that licence. Always keep backups of your website files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The software, this website, the logo "ALCOM COMPUTERS", the name "Alcom Web Studio", the themes, templates and website kits are the property of ALCOM COMPUTERS. Websites you create with the software belong to you, and you may use the included themes, templates and kit content in the websites you build.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if not resolved within 30 days, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
